Appointments & Bookings We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with 24+ Hours’ Notice No cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a [50% cancellation fee / deposit forfeiture]. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. Full service fees may still apply.
